Membership Events

Weight Watchers Informational meeting will begin on Monday, May 22nd 3:30 – 5:00 PM.  Registration for the class will start on Monday, June 5th 3:30-5:30 PM at the Fitness Center.  There will be a $25.00 out of pocket cost payable to Weight Watchers due to expected at the information meeting, the rest will be covered by Tuition Assistance for eligible employees.  We must have 15 people signed up to go forward with the classes.

UAW Local 249 Chaplaincy – Caring in the Workplace

Are you worried about finances? Do you have problems on the job? Is a loved one sick or passed away? Are there relationship problems? Are you physically or mentally abused? Drugs or alcohol problems in your family? Thoughts of suicide?    

If there is any stress in your life or you just need a friend, the UAW Local 249 Chaplaincy Program is here for you to get spiritual advice or we can just listen.  Call the Union Hall at (816)-454-6333 and your local will put you in touch with one of our caring Chaplaincy members.
